By purchasing hearts using real cash, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

Once hearts are credited to your account, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be processed if the purchase was successful, but the hearts were not credited to your account due to a technical issue or error.

If you experience such an issue, please contact our support team immediately, and we will investigate and resolve the situation.

3. Refund Request Process:

If you wish to request a refund, you must initiate the request within 14 days of the transaction.

Refund requests will only be considered for purchases where hearts were not credited or added to your account.

4. Refund Method:

If a refund is approved, we will credit the amount you paid (in real cash) back to your original payment method, provided the hearts were not credited to your account.

If you initiate a refund request within 14 days, we can also offer an alternative option to add the equivalent number of hearts to your account balance instead of a cash refund. This option will be presented during the refund process.

5. After 14 Days:

If you do not initiate a refund request within 14 days of the transaction, we will assume that the transaction is complete, and the hearts will be added to your account balance.

After 14 days, we will no longer accept refund requests or consider them for any reason.

6. No Refunds for Used Hearts:

Once hearts are credited to your account and used in the service, no refund will be issued for those specific hearts.

If you encounter any issues with your transaction or need to initiate a refund request, please contact our support team within 14 days. Our team will be happy to assist you.
